Return Process

  2. Our support team will verify your request and confirm whether the product is eligible for return or replacement.
  3. If approved, we will provide instructions for sending the product back.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).

Replacements

If a replacement is requested and the item is in stock, we will ship it at no additional cost after we receive the returned product.
